The definition of FAST belongs to this team! I reached out by phone and received a quote almost immediately. We then continued the process over text, where I sent the information they needed. Within minutes, I received my login details, signed the agreement, and paid the fee online. Shortly after, I was given full access. I'm honestly so impressed...I was able to complete everything while on vacation without any hassle. I wish I could give you 100 stars! I'll definitely be letting others know of your service.

Absolutely blown away with customer support with our move in we called in after hour expecting to be at a standstill until morning and a gentleman answered who helped us even went above and beyond to make sure we could get our moving truck unloaded and returned on time! Thanks Suki for being there when our family needed it!

I reserved a unit on the website Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when contacted within a short time. After a conversation with Suki (owner) the necessary preliminaries were completed and in less than 24 hours the unit reserved was rented. The process was fast and convenient. Suki was prompt to respond and professional. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Fast Casual Storage.
