Claim Process

How to file a claim

1. Notify The Manager

Contact your storage unit manager and let them know damage has occurred.

2. Take Photos Of The Damage

Please take photos of the source of damage if possible. DO NOT throw anything away until you speak with a claims specialist.

3. File a Claim

Call 435-656-1990 or email to enable or change Storsmart settings.

4. For Claims Involving Crime

For claims involving crime, have a police officer visit the unit and file a police report.
